Sehr interessant finde ich die Aussagen zu den Unterschieden zwischen europäischen- und US-amerikanischen Firmen

As an American myself, I find it interesting to hear the ideas and insights of others. I find that what Martin said about the level of confidence existing amoung companies and employees... tends to be true (obviously not in every case!).
I feel that he made a great decision by telling VCs that he wanted to stay in Spain and to stick to his guns when they wanted him to go to Silicon Valley. Bringing attention and money to him.. and not having to follow it somewhere else!
