What is in your heart and mind is extremely important. In fact, scripture says to guard what's inside with all diligence because the condition of your heart and mind determines the condition of your whole life.

When we let toxic poison into our lives, deep roots develop and they keep us from being our very best. Toxic poisons are all the negative words ever spoken over us by others that we keep believing. They also include negativity, low self-esteem, guilt and any negative emotion that doesn't line up with what God says we are. Detox the little dream, "I can't do it", "I don't see a way", and the "not good enough" thoughts.

The way to get rid of them is to meditate on what God says about you. One scripture says that we should meditate day and night. In other words, continually, all day long, we should have thoughts playing like "I am blessed. I am prosperous. I am forgiven. I am loved and accepted. I am talented. I have the favor of God." When you dwell on thoughts like that, those toxins cannot take root. Your mind is being renewed.

If you'll get in a habit of putting in the right thoughts: thoughts of faith, thoughts of victory, encouraging thoughts, well- able thoughts, before long your mind is going to be transformed. You're going to find yourself positive, hopeful, strong and courageous.
